Located in downtown Greensboro, the Weir-Jordan House is open to the public to rent as a meeting place for corporate events, seminars, and other business-related meetings or social events. We are within walking distance to several national and boutique hotels along with the Grasshoppers Baseball Stadium. We are the only historic home in Greensboro available for rent with an in-house catering service. Our partnership with Savory St. Catering ensures your event will be special and personalized to your needs, with staff available on site to ensure your business event is set up to suit your needs and goes smoothly. We offer reduced rates for non-profit groups that meet weekly or monthly. We invite you to contact us using the form below to learn how you can make the historic Weir-Jordan House the home base of your group, too! 

Additional details:

  • The rental price includes all public rooms of the house, if needed.

  • You will be renting a house on the National Historic Register. 

  • No outside food or drink may be brought in for your event.

  • All catering will be professionally done by Savory St. Catering.

  • Wi-fi is provided

We have multiple rooms on two floors which can be utilized as needed, if your group needs break-out rooms for committees or a variety of options for different meeting sessions.  These are all included in your rental cost.
