the Weir-Jordan House
A landmark for over 170 years, the historic Weir-Jordan House is an event space centrally located in downtown Greensboro.
The house was admitted to the National Register of Historic Places in October, 1984. The structure has remained historically-friendly with original doors, molding, and leaded glass windows, while having 21st century amenities such as a commercial kitchen and high speed wireless internet. It is owned by the Greensboro Woman’s Club and maintained by a board of trustees.
Most importantly, it is available for the public to use for various functions. Located a block from First National Bank Field, and within easy walking distance to new hotels, galleries, and downtown nightlife, we can easily be part of a wedding weekend or corporate event.
